		<description>My understnding is that KERS could be worth 0.3 seconds per lap so on a 60 lap race it could be worth 20 seconds which is the equivalent to a pit stop so some of the weight disadvantage could be offset by running low fuel and pitting more often.

Max has already made comments about banning battery storage KERS because he has found out that 60 horse power equates to quite a lot of electricity which can be dangerous.  I assume if Ferrari are hopeless with KERS as they always are with new technology battery storage KERS will be banned and Williams and eanyone else using the flywheel system will be told that it would be unfair if they continued with their &#039;safe&#039; systems so they will be banned as well.</description>
