I would rather seem him running the whole show than just a team though. Maybe he can use team ownership to build a platform to take over.

I agree, I have a lot of respect for Richards because, as you say, he is a true entrepreneur, much like Stoddart. Only Richards gets his way more than Stoddart because he also uses sense and charm, whereas Stoddart just appeared to whine.

I think nick Fry will be history whoever takes over.

Dave Richards should be involved in F1. He is a genuine heavyweight and an entrepreneur like the F1 team bosses of old.

who will be feeling worse if Richards gets in - you because of Prodrivel or Nick Fry because of their history ?

Oh Nick Fry, definitely. I'll get over it, but Nick won't. :P

all of a sudden there are way too many names flashing money in front of Honda's eyes ... I do hope that if someone buys the team it will be someone like Richards (with a solid financial backing) rather than a mexican billionaire or another manufacturer (HyundaiKia being the freshest rumour who knows where grandprix.com guys heard that story)

They're still working on the chassis, and last I heard Ross Brawn was negotiating with Ferrari for engines (thus taking over the supply previously held by Force India), so I suspect as long as the funding turns up in time they'll be fighting for the last two rows. But fighting they will be.

Things seem to be moving a little too slowly for Honda/Prodrive/Mystery team to actually make it to the grid in Melbourne.

But then, I guess Super Aguri made it to the grid in even less time and flattering circumstances, so who knows.

Fingers crossed !
