		<description>As someone who snapped their left shin bone in half, Mark has many hours with one leg on a chair as he tries to ....etc...etc. But its only when you lose a 12 inch ruler trying to stratch your ankle that you know you got it bad :-). Good luck Mark.....Ive felt your pain...;-)</description>

		<description>If you&#039;re going to bust your leg, it&#039;s probably best to do it in the off-season and make sure it&#039;s your right one. I&#039;d imagine it would be a lot more troublesome if it was his left given the amount of pressure that&#039;s needed to be applied to throw the anchors down going into a turn!</description>
