Williams got fed up with the fast-food delivery people getting perpetually stuck in traffic. Nico volunteered to provide the replacement service because the blue flags mean that the traffic will get out of the way except for one annoying vehicle which will feature prominently in the post-delivery press release.

Cut backs have recently been made at Williams HQ due to their large losses of the past few years. As a result the canteen at Williams HQ has been closed, so Frank sent Nico out in the spare car to get the cheapest lunch he could find.
