Although I hate to say this, I don't think the FIA are going to fill it particularly quickly. I'm sure there will be legal implications involved here because Richards will surely have signed an agreement of some kind (which he may or may not have actually broken now). But I reckon it isn't as straight forward as approaching the second placed company from the bids and offering an open embrace. Which, by the way, is a great shame.
