    • Congratulations To Nick & Patricia

    Nick Heidfeld, who is currently in Germany for the European Grand Prix, became a father again as partner Patricia gave birth to baby Joda in the early hours of Saturday morning. Patricia, who is at the family home in Switzerland, called Nick at 02:30 this morning to let him know, and by 05:25 daughter Juni had a little brother.

    I am incredibly happy! Both are well, and this is the most important thing. I can hardly wait to put my arms around him, Patricia and Juni. Nick Heidfeld.

    Nick will fly out to Switzerland immediately after qualifying this afternoon to be with his family before returning again to the Nurburgring for the race on Sunday.
